Brian Moyo leads capital raising and deal structuring at Strategix Capital, bringing a track record of over USD 1 billion in transactions across agribusiness, energy, financial services, and infrastructure. A CFA Charterholder, he has built his career across leading institutions including Morgan Stanley, PwC, EY, and Athari Capital Partners, with postings spanning New York, San Francisco, Johannesburg, and East Africa. His technical expertise covers financial modeling, complex valuations, and structured finance.

Brian's transaction experience includes a USD 750 million financing for a Titanium Dioxide manufacturing plant — structured in partnership with IFC, the African Finance Corporation, Afreximbank, and the BRICS Bank — alongside a USD 250 million oil and gas debt restructuring and a ZAR 300 million gold mining acquisition. As Co-Founder and CFO of Credify Africa, he also raised over USD 550,000 from venture investors in under 12 months. At Strategix Capital, he oversees investor engagement and deal origination across the firm's pan-African mandate.
