Brian oversees capital raising, investor engagement, and deal structuring at Strategix Capital. A CFA Level III candidate, he brings extensive transaction experience across Morgan Stanley, PwC, EY, and Athari Capital Partners, with specialized expertise in financial modeling, complex valuations, and structured finance. His career spans New York, San Francisco, Johannesburg, and East Africa.

Brian has led capital raising and deal structuring for transactions exceeding $1 billion. Key mandates include a $750 million financing for a Titanium Dioxide manufacturing plant, negotiating with IFC, African Finance Corporation, Afrexim Bank, and BRICS Bank; a $250 million oil and gas debt restructuring; and a ZAR 300 million gold mining acquisition. As Co-Founder and CFO of Credify Africa, he raised over $550,000 from venture investors in under 12 months, scaling
