He brings over 25 years of banking and financial services leadership across Africa, with extensive experience in commercial banking, integrations, and strategic operations management in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya.

Currently Managing Consultant at Fehu Crest Consulting Group, Dr. Dodoo previously served as Group Director of Integrations at Equity Group Holdings Limited in Kenya for 4 years, and held Managing Director positions at Ecobank Uganda (5+ years) and Ecobank Sierra Leone (5+ years). Earlier, he was Executive Director at Ecobank Rwanda and spent nearly 8 years as an Accounts Relationship Officer at Ecobank Ghana.
