Etsri Amen Eklou-Takpani

Amen Etsri is a finance professional specializing in investment and climate finance. He possesses extensive experience working on climate action initiatives aimed at mobilizing financing from international development finance mechanisms such as the Green Climate Fund and the Adaptation Fund, as well as from philanthropic organizations such as the Gates Foundation and the Open Society Foundation. His expertise includes financial accounting, financial planning and modeling, project design and management, and capacity building on the mechanisms and modalities for accessing climate finance.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Management and is a Hubert H. Humphrey alumnus (a US Fulbright Exchange Program) in Finance and Banking from Boston University, where he deepened his knowledge and skills in Private Equity and Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management. With a strong capacity for learning and adaptability, Amen Etsri collaborates effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
