He brings over 25 years of experience spanning banking, entrepreneurship, and business development across Africa, Europe, and the United States. His career includes senior roles as consultant for corporates and banks in emerging markets, serving as integration specialist, COO, CCO, and interim CEO for several banks and corporate companies in Africa and Europe.

Martin has developed new business for retail and corporate operations and managed large M&A projects within the banking industry in Africa. He served as senior project manager and consultant for boards of directors and senior management, specializing in business development, operational excellence, and compliance.

His extensive M&A experience includes leading complex cross-border transactions, post-merger integrations, and strategic restructuring mandates across multiple jurisdictions
