Previously, Mwape served as Assistant Vice President of Financial Markets (Treasury) at Barclays in Zambia, Consultant at the World Bank Treasury in Washington D.C., and held multiple senior positions at Citibank including Head of Cash Management Operations and Treasury Operations Officer managing operations across three countries. His background in both corporate banking and wealth management enables comprehensive transaction structuring and financial solution design. Mwape holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Zambia.
